Overview

SSP is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Tim Hortons located at Victoria International Airport. This role involves supporting the management team to ensure high standards of service, effective coaching of team members, and maintaining operational standards in a busy restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the management team in achieving service standards
  • Coach team members during the induction process
  • Communicate job duties and performance expectations
  • Monitor team member performance and provide feedback
  • Ensure high-quality products are served
  • Oversee cash handling duties
  • Complete temperature logs accurately and timely

Required skills

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a busy restaurant or hotel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
