Overview

SSP is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Tim Hortons location at Victoria International Airport. In this role, you will support the management team in maintaining service standards and ensuring a high-quality experience for guests while supervising team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Management Team in achieving service standards
  • Coach team members through the induction process
  • Communicate job duties, priorities, and expectations to team members
  • Provide direction and encouragement for team success
  • Establish and monitor performance standards for team members
  • Assist team members in skill development
  • Oversee cash handling duties
  • Ensure compliance with temperature log requirements

Required skills

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a busy restaurant or hotel environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Supervisory experience
  • Cash handling experience
