Overview

As a Shift Manager at Taco Bell - Shiloh, you will play a crucial role in providing a great customer experience while leading a strong team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly, monitoring team performance, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with Border Foods' core values.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate the entire restaurant and ensure a quality customer experience
  • Guide team members to complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food
  • Schedule and deploy team members appropriately
  • Monitor performance and hold team members accountable for standards
  • Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with laws and guidelines
  • Create unity in the team and resolve employee issues promptly
  • Handle customer complaints and issues effectively
  • Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans for new team members
  • Utilize P&L to make effective financial decisions
  • Provide learning and development opportunities for all team members
