Overview

The Shift Manager at Taco Bell in Dickson, TN, is responsible for running shifts efficiently while supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM). This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, developing team members, and acting with ownership in various operational aspects, including food safety and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute the Manager-In-Charge Success Routine to ensure operational responsibilities are completed
  • Ensure all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks
  • Maintain a neat appearance and enforce uniform standards
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive relations
  • Provide feedback and training to team members
  • Assist in Profit and Loss management, including cash control and inventory management
  • Oversee proper food preparation and health standards
  • Work collaboratively with management and staff
