Overview

The Shift Coach/Shift Lead at Sugaright is responsible for managing all production activities during a shift to ensure that orders and production goals are met. This is a working leadership role that involves oversight of various functions, staff training, and maintaining safety and compliance standards within the plant facility.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead production activities and manage inventory during the shift
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and proper documentation
  • Troubleshoot production issues and maintain equipment
  • Train and mentor staff on company policies and procedures

  • Perform lab testing and ensure product integrity
  • Oversee proper operation and security of the facility
