Overview

AmeriGas is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join their team in Spokane, Washington. This role involves installing and repairing propane tanks for residential and commercial customers while maintaining safety standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely operate a propane service vehicle on assigned routes
  • Perform repairs on existing propane tanks
  • Install new propane tanks and systems
  • Deliver bulk or canister propane as needed
  • Adhere to all safety and operational policies and procedures
  • Use required Personal Protective Equipment consistently

Required skills

  • Valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Ability to complete a DOT physical and drug test
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures
