Overview

AmeriGas is seeking a customer-focused Service Technician in Brooksville, Florida. As a part of the nation's leading propane company, you will be responsible for safely installing and repairing propane tanks while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely operate a propane service vehicle along provided service routes
  • Perform repairs on existing propane tanks for both commercial and residential customers
  • Install new propane tanks and systems for customers
  • Deliver bulk or canister propane as needed
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures
  • Consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment

Required skills

  • Valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Successful completion of DOT physical, drug test, and background check
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs
  • Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical roles (preferred)
