Overview

The Service Technician at Crown Residential is responsible for maintaining the luxurious appearance and safe environment of the community. This role involves providing excellent customer service while addressing resident service requests and contributing to preventative maintenance strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks
  • Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, and appliances
  • Prepare and service vacant apartments to ensure they meet 'ready' status
  • Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems
  • Complete a preventative service program and log accordingly
  • Provide 24-hour emergency service on-call
  • Execute grounds maintenance and ensure common areas are well-kept
  • Inspect building systems and report issues as needed
  • Adhere to Crown Residential's policies and Fair Housing Laws
  • Report hazardous areas and deficiencies to supervision
  • Coordinate special projects as directed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
