Job Description

Overview

The Service Technician at Crown Residential plays a key role in maintaining the community's luxurious appearance and ensuring a safe environment for residents. This position requires excellent customer service skills while addressing a variety of repair needs and executing resident service requests, with a focus on preventative maintenance and general household repairs.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks.
  • Repair and maintain structures including showers, sinks, appliances, and doors.
  • Prepare and service vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring readiness.
  • Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems as needed.
  • Schedule and complete preventative service programs.
  • Provide 24-hour emergency service as part of on-call rotations.
  • Uphold service standards in common areas and property amenities.
  • Inspect building systems and report issues.
  • Store all equipment and supplies securely.
  • Follow Crown Residential's policies and Fair Housing Laws.
  • Coordinate and complete special projects as assigned.
