John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Spring Hill, Florida. The role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems primarily in residential and light commercial settings, with a focus on customer service and ongoing career development.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency service calls
  • Collaborate with team members to improve system performance
  • Create accurate records of all work performed
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Technician
  • Universally certified in refrigerant handling
  • EPA Type II certification required
  • Knowledge of residential and light-commercial HVAC
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
