  • Maintain accurate records of service activities
  • Communicate effectively with customers about issues and solutions
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards

Required skills

  • 2 years proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role
  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
