Overview

The Service Repair Coordinator at RIX Industries in Sparks, NV, is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing repair activities for both Government and Commercial sectors, supporting Field Service Technicians. This role involves managing communication with customers, budget management, and ensuring the timely and accurate entry of data into the company's ERP system.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate Field Service Repair and support activities
  • Maintain organized communication with customers
  • Provide pricing proposals and manage budgets
  • Track expenditures and manage invoicing
  • Negotiate schedules and relationships with clients
  • Support Field Service Technicians with materials and expedited needs
  • Ensure implementation of company policies and recommend process improvements
  • Execute accurate data entry into the ERP system

Required skills

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in budgeting, documentation, and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Understanding of various contracting methods and principles
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
