Job Description

Overview

The Service Repair Coordinator at RIX Industries is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing repair activities for Government and Commercial sectors, supporting Field Service Technicians while managing related operational and administrative duties. This role ensures effective communication with customers and the efficient use of technology in operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all Field Service Repair and support activities
  • Maintain organized communication with customers
  • Participate in calls and meetings as directed
  • Provide pricing proposals and maintain budgets
  • Track expenditures and transactions
  • Negotiate schedules and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Support Field Service Technicians with materials
  • Implement RIX policies and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP System
  • Act as a back-up for the CSS Director of Customer Support

Required skills

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of budgeting, documentation, and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Understanding of purchase orders and contracting methods
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Ability to communicate information clearly
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or qualified U.S. Person
