Overview

The Service Repair Coordinator at RIX Industries is responsible for the planning, organizing, and execution of repair activities for government and commercial clients. This role supports Field Service Technicians and entails various operational and administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all Field Service Repair and support activities.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings as directed.
  • Provide pricing proposals and manage budgets.
  • Communicate with customers through external portals.
  • Negotiate schedules with clients and management.
  • Support Field Service Technicians with material and expedite needs.
  • Ensure compliance with RIX policies and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform accurate data entry into the ERP System.
  • Act as a back-up for the CSS Director of Customer Support.

Required skills

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of budgeting, documentation, and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of contracting methods (FFP, T&M, Cost+)
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
