Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Service Plumber to join their team in Hampton, Virginia. This full-time position involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of various plumbing systems while promoting a supportive and inclusive team culture aimed at professional growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems and fixtures in various structures
  • Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals on-site
  • Read building plans and install according to design specifications
  • Follow plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies
  • Keep and maintain records of time and materials for jobs
  • Estimate time and costs for project bidding
  • Respond to plumbing emergencies, including after hours
  • Perform regular maintenance of plumbing systems
  • Assist maintenance team members as needed

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a service plumber
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and codes (IPC, UPC)
  • Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment
  • Self-starter with team and independent work skills
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor for various conditions
  • Time management and project deadline management skills
  • Comfortable using computers and online platforms
  • Valid driver's license
