Levco Management LLC is seeking a Service Plumber to join their team in Hampton, Virginia. This role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of various plumbing systems, with a focus on domestic water systems and compliance with plumbing codes. Key responsibilities

  • Repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Coordinating with project managers and other construction professionals
  • Reading building plans and installing according to design specifications
  • Following plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies
  • Maintaining records of time spent on jobs and materials used
  • Estimating time and costs for project bidding
  • Responding to plumbing emergencies as needed
  • Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems
  • Assisting maintenance team members as required
  • Completing other duties as assigned by supervisors

Required skills

  • 5 years of experience as a service plumber
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and codes (IPC, UPC)
  • Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment
  • Time management and scheduling skills
  • Basic computer skills and online ordering proficiency
  • Valid driver's license
