Job Description

Overview

Coulee Bank is looking for a Service Operations Specialist to provide exceptional operational and retail service functions at the Minnetonka Branch. The successful candidate will assist internal and external customers with various banking services, manage transactions, support the Treasury Management team, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Process ACH and wire transfer requests in compliance with regulations
  • Assist customers in person with account openings and transactions
  • Conduct investigations related to ACH fraud and check forgeries
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person
  • Perform administrative tasks related to cash management and remote deposits
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and performance metrics
  • Participate in training programs for regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with team members and assist in cross-training efforts

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative or customer support role, preferably in finance
  • Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
  • Capacity to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
