Job Description

Overview

The Service Operations Coordinator 1 at L3Harris Technologies will assist in managing and coordinating the repair and upgrade processes to ensure timely completion and return of customer products. The role involves communication with the internal Customer Service team regarding service events, resolution of delivery issues, and maintaining service center schedules and operations to meet customer commitments.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and coordination of repair and upgrade processes
  • Communicate service event status to the internal Customer Service team
  • Resolve and escalate issues impacting delivery and revenue recognition
  • Maintain capacity plans and repair schedules for service centers
  • Provide repair routing guidance to the Customer Service team
  • Chair regular meetings with service centers and internal teams
  • Track and communicate due in Returned Material Authorization (RMA)
  • Pre-stage materials and resources for customer commitments
  • Create and update work orders as required
  • Ensure repair data is complete and accurate in the ERP system
  • Report Service Center RTAT overall and Customer experience RTAT
  • Identify and resolve risks and obstacles to support successful outcomes
  • Enhance service center processes for efficient service delivery
  • Coordinate and document repair activities to align with operational goals
