Overview

Trust 1 Services is looking for a Service Manager with a coaching mindset to lead their talented team in Quincy, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will inspire and develop staff in the Plumbing and HVAC sectors, emphasizing a culture of excellence and customer care while engaging in hands-on leadership and performance management.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Service Experts and Apprentice Technicians
  • Drive team revenue, gross profit, and performance while owning the results
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members
  • Build a culture rooted in happiness, encouragement, accountability, and excellence
  • Partner with Dispatch to assign experts to jobs
  • Analyze performance data for informed decision-making
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain direct, honest communication with ownership

Required skills

  • 5+ years of management or leadership experience in residential service
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Sales experience in residential services is a plus
  • Strong coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to work with data, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Energetic and motivated by team success
