Texas Roadhouse is seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Front of House. This role involves ensuring the delivery of Legendary Food and Legendary Service while managing Front of House employees to create a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all Front of House daily operations
  • Manage performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations and coaching
  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies
  • Manage liquor orders and control costs
  • Conduct training for Front of House staff
  • Assist with hiring and interviewing Front of House employees
  • Create a fun and safe work environment
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
