Overview

As an HVAC Service Manager at John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing, you will lead and mentor a team of field service technicians while enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction. This role involves managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and ensuring the quality of services delivered to both residential and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Mentor and support field service technicians
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer loyalty
  • Resolve customer issues effectively
  • Coordinate training and development for technicians
  • Address warranty-related concerns with customers
  • Partner with vendors for accuracy on projects
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and service technicians
  • Recruit, interview, and hire service technicians
  • Perform HVAC calculations and interpret technical manuals
  • Stay updated on local and state codes

Required skills

  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Experience with Service Titan
  • Ability to motivate and manage technicians and installers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
