Overview

Wulftec International Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their I.T. team in Ayer's Cliff, Quebec. This full-time role involves providing technical support, managing IT service incidents, and ensuring user satisfaction while contributing to the company's operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle escalated client needs through the service desk.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Ensure the highest degree of data security and integrity.
  • Collaborate proactively with support teams using ITIL methodologies.
  • Record critical service delivery information for historical reference.
  • Embrace new products and technologies to support company development.
  • Develop and maintain internal support documents for support personnel.

Required skills

  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and server platforms
  • Strong Desktop support skills with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Remote Desktop Support and Basic Active Directory management
  • Computer hardware knowledge of laptops and PCs
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of antivirus and firewall solutions
