Keys Auto Center is seeking a Service Consultant to enhance owner loyalty and customer satisfaction while ensuring department profitability. The role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating appointments, and promoting service sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain customer relations with existing and future clients
  • Plan and coordinate known appointments for the next day
  • Answer service calls and follow up in a timely manner
  • Greet customers and verify customer information and vehicle data
  • Promote sales of labor, parts, and services
  • Provide customers with accurate estimates and completion times
  • Check progress of repair orders and keep customers informed
  • Maintain accurate service files and ensure document accuracy

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of experience in service writing or related fields
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Competency in basic calculations and financial figures
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
