Job Description

Overview

Trilogy Financial is seeking a Service Associate to join their newly formed Service Department in Irvine, California. This entry-level, non-registered role focuses on supporting the operations related to financial advisors, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient workflow within the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform clerical functions related to client account management and processing transfers
  • Assist advisors with requests and address issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate account statuses to advisors and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide reports and other information to the Service Manager as requested
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of workflows and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • 1-2 years of general clerical experience preferred
  • Client service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor
