You'll work closely with customers, technicians, the Shop Foreman, and the Parts Department to ensure repairs are completed on time and communicated clearly.If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your career with a stable company, we'd love to hear from you.Compensation & Benefits $25.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE) Performance Bonus Opportunities Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Full-Time Employment Career Growth Opportunities Ongoing Training & Development Modern Repair Facility Supportive Management TeamResponsibilitiesAs a Service Advisor, you will:Welcome customers and schedule repair appointmentsCreate repair orders and accurate repair estimatesCommunicate repair recommendations and obtain customer approvalsKeep customers updated throughout the repair processCoordinate daily workflow with the Shop Foreman and techniciansOrder and coordinate parts with the Parts DepartmentPrepare invoices and process customer paymentsMaintain accurate repair documentation and service historyFollow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfactionBuild long-term relationships with commercial fleet customers and owner-operatorsHelp maximize shop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and salesQualificationsWe're looking for someone who has:Customer service or Service Advisor experience (preferred)Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, automotive, or fleet maintenance industries (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBasic computer skills and the ability to learn shop management softwareAbility to understand repair estimates and maintenance recommendationsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeA desire to provide outstanding customer servicePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of diesel trucks and trailersExperience with commercial fleet customersExperience with Fullbay, Mitchell 1, Decisiv, or similar shop softwareBilingual English/Russian or English/SpanishWhy Join Professional Truck & Trailer Repairs?We are a growing heavy-duty truck and trailer repair facility serving commercial fleets and owner-operators throughout the Pacific Northwest.
