Southeast Elevator Inc is looking for a motivated Service Advisor in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role serves as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a seamless service experience by understanding customer needs and coordinating service requests.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and assist in scheduling appointments
  • Communicate service recommendations, estimated costs, and timelines
  • Document and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance vehicle performance
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

Required skills
