Overview

As a Server at Wallick Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing meal service to residents, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The position is full-time and located in Dayton, Ohio, and offers an opportunity to be part of a supportive, employee-owned community focused on enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Key responsibilities

  • Take care of residents' meal requests during mealtimes.
  • Set up the dining room before meals and assist with cleanup afterward.
  • Keep the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stocked for residents.
  • Ensure availability of clean utensils, cups, and glasses.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and residents.

Required skills

  • Prior serving or waitstaff experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and compassion.
  • Good communication skills with coworkers and residents.
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
