Overview

Trinity Springs Senior Living Care Center, a Cassia community in Oxford, Florida, is hiring a Server. This entry-level position does not require prior experience, as training will be provided to support success in enhancing the dining experience for senior care residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families
  • Deliver food quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly to residents
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department
  • Wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining areas
  • Assist residents, employees, and guests with dietary needs

Required skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Prior serving experience a plus
