What You'll Do Manage moderate to high-exposure California workers' compensation claims from investigation through resolutionDetermine compensability, establish reserves, and administer medical and indemnity benefitsHandle litigation, coordinate with defense counsel, and develop settlement strategiesProactively manage claim costs, medical treatment, and claim outcomesDeliver exceptional service to policyholders, injured workers, and business partnersMentor team members and serve as a claims resource when needed What We're Looking For 7+ years of workers' compensation claims experience, including complex claimsStrong knowledge of California workers' compensation laws and regulationsExcellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment Preferred WCCP, AIC, ARM, CPCU, or similar designationBachelor's degree or equivalent business experience Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000Learn more about our benefits: EMPLOYERS Benefits Learn more about our company: About EMPLOYERS Why EMPLOYERS?
