The Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer role focuses on enhancing manufacturing processes through the maintenance and optimization of wet etching equipment, ensuring high-quality semiconductor production and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related challenges.

Key responsibilities

  • Install and qualify wet process equipment in a cleanroom environment
  • Perform data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance on wet process equipment
  • Collaborate with process engineers to address equipment-related production issues
  • Utilize project management skills to achieve project milestones in equipment improvement
  • Establish and maintain productive vendor relationships to enhance equipment metrics
  • Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience as Equipment Owner with Wet Process Equipment
  • BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent military experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming
