About the Company and Opportunity: • Salary: $215,000 - $240,000• Join a rapidly growing organization that has expanded from approximately 50 employees to more than 1,000 team members• Exceptional growth story with a track record of stability and no workforce reductions, even during challenging economic periods• Opportunity to build and lead a Treasury function from the ground up• High-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO and partnering with executive leadership• Beautiful office environment with a casual, no-dress-code culture• Responsible PTO program that provides flexibility and autonomy• Comprehensive benefits package• Ideal opportunity for a strategic treasury leader who wants to make a lasting impact on the organization's financial infrastructure Key Responsibilities of the Senior Vice President of Treasury Management Role: • Lead the company's global cash management strategy, including daily cash positioning and short- and long-term liquidity planning• Design and implement a scalable Treasury Management System (TMS) that integrates with ERP and payment workflows• Develop treasury processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to support a growing enterprise• Optimize the management of cash, debt, credit facilities, and short-term investments• Ensure adequate liquidity while minimizing borrowing costs and maximizing returns on excess cash• Partner with executive leadership to support capital allocation and financial risk management decisions• Establish banking strategies and manage relationships with financial institutions• Develop treasury policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and risk tolerance• Build, mentor, and lead the treasury team as the department grows• Provide treasury-related insights and recommendations to the CFO and executive leadership team Requirements for the Senior Vice President of Treasury Management Role: • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Finance with 10+ years of progressive treasury leadership experience• Deep expertise in cash management, liquidity management, and treasury operations• Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing Treasury Management Systems• Strong understanding of debt management, banking relationships, and short-term investments
