Gecko Hospitality is seeking a Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations for a premium multi-concept portfolio based in Charlotte, NC. This executive role involves overseeing a $75M portfolio, driving profitability, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining culinary excellence across high-volume restaurant brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to Area Directors
  • Manage the P&L and operational performance of the restaurant portfolio
  • Translate ownership's vision into actionable strategies and set KPIs
  • Uphold brand integrity and high standards of guest experience
  • Mentor and develop senior management talent for accountability and retention
  • Drive EBITDA growth through effective cost control and revenue strategies

Required skills

  • Senior leadership experience in a premium restaurant group
  • Expertise in managing multi-concept, chef-driven environments
  • Strong financial management skills, including complex P&Ls and multi-unit budgets
  • Proven strategic vision and ability to implement scalable systems
