Overview

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President for POM Technical Product Management to join their AI Hub team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves driving the delivery of AI-powered tools and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives while partnering closely with engineering and design teams to enhance operational capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of AI-powered capabilities within Eliza, the central AI platform.
  • Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and prioritize work.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Facilitate product launches and ensure effective adoption of releases.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years in a technical/engineering role with subject matter expertise.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management.
  • Experience with AI systems and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and integration into workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Deep product management expertise with leadership and business judgment.
