Overview

The Senior Vice President, POM Technical Product Management will join BNY's AI Hub team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is for an experienced technical product manager responsible for driving the delivery of AI-powered capabilities, translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps, and executing complex cross-functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of complex AI-powered capabilities within Eliza, the central AI platform.
  • Own backlog prioritization and execution for core product areas supporting developers, designers, and builders.
  • Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver solutions and manage tradeoffs.
  • Facilitate execution of product launches and ensure effective enablement and sustained impact.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical/engineering role and subject matter expertise.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management.
  • Experience with modern AI systems and supporting software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and integration into engineering workflows.
  • Proven experience driving complex product areas collaboratively with engineering and design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
