Overview

The Senior Vice President, POM Product Management at BNY is a key leadership role within the Corporate Trust team, focusing on the development and execution of product strategies in Escrow, Specialty, and Public Finance. Located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL, this hybrid position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape product vision and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of product strategy for Corporate Trust.
  • Provide strategic guidance across Product/Platform and influence product direction.
  • Support prioritization and alignment of product-related backlogs.
  • Aggregate and manage product-related risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
  • Incorporate market intelligence and client needs into prioritization decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product strategy and delivery.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex product issues.

Required skills

  • 8-10+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Experience in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with multiple scrum teams
  • Experience in building and launching products from ideation to launch
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
