Overview

The Senior Vice President of Global Operations at F1® Arcade is responsible for managing the overall performance, profitability, and operational execution of the global venue portfolio. This role involves developing and executing strategies to ensure excellent guest experiences and brand consistency across all markets, while leading a team of regional operational leaders and supporting a growing international business.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the global operations organization and ensure operational excellence.
  • Partner with CEO and executive team to define company's strategic vision.
  • Drive operational alignment across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Technology functions.
  • Establish and execute global operations strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain accountability for venue performance and profitability across global markets.
  • Develop scalable operating models and promote continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all regional operational executives and maintain accountability for venue leadership teams.
  • Partner with CFO to develop operating budgets and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure operational decisions support financial objectives and create shareholder value.
  • Implement best practices and governance frameworks to mitigate operational risks.

Required skills

  • 15+ years of operational leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment
  • Strong executive leadership experience in multi-region or international operations
  • Ability to influence executive teams and lead high-performing organizations
  • Deep understanding of operational strategy and business growth
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership experience
  • Experience in driving enterprise-wide change and transformation
  • Ability to travel globally up to 70%
  • Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments
