This role independently manages fabric development initiatives and helps drive seasonal execution.Responsibilities• Manage fabric development from initial concept through production• Partner with mills, vendors, and factories to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery expectations are met• Review lab dips, strike-offs, handlooms, and bulk fabric approvals• Troubleshoot fabric issues and recommend solutions• Maintain seasonal fabric libraries and development records• Track timelines and support sourcing initiatives• Maintain PLM data and fabric specifications• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives• Mentor and support junior team members
