Overview

Intuit is seeking seasoned Tax Experts for seasonal onsite positions at TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement, helping customers navigate their tax needs while supporting Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World." Tax Experts will provide personalized tax preparation services and advice, aiming to build long-term relationships with clients in their local communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging local prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
  • Interact with customers both in-person and through video communication tools.
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives and community events.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing federal and state tax returns using professional software.
  • Full availability for a flexible 25-34 hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
