Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join as Senior Tax Experts - Retail On-Site during the tax season. This role focuses on providing tax expertise and fostering community relationships at TurboTax locations. The expert will engage with clients to assist in tax preparation and advice, ensuring positive financial outcomes while representing TurboTax in the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax
  • Engage with new prospects and convert them into long-term clients
  • Lead local events and participate in local marketing efforts
  • Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for clients
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Address client inquiries and tax-related challenges

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing federal and state individual tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Flexible availability for a 25-34 hour weekly schedule
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
