Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: New Haven, CT (hybrid flexibility)Start: ImmediatePay Rate: $37-50/hour Ready to take ownership of high-impact hiring? We're partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead executive and leadership-level searches during an exciting period of growth and organizational change. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring leaders, managing complex searches from start to finish, and making an immediate impact. Why You'll Love This Role Primarily remote with occasional travel for finalist interviews Manage executive and leadership-level searches Partner directly with senior leadership and hiring managers Join a collaborative, mission-driven organization Opportunity to make an immediate impact on a growing team What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer Source, screen, and interview Manager, Director, and Executive-level candidates Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring needs Create interview guides, competency-based questions, and hiring materials Coordinate interviews and prepare hiring teams throughout the process Maintain ATS data and recruiting activity reports Track recruiting metrics using Excel What We're Looking For 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience Experience recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent Proven ability to manage multiple searches independently Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred: Greenhouse or Workday experience Nonprofit or education recruiting experience Experience supporting fast-paced, evolving organizations If you're looking for an opportunity where you can own the recruiting process, partner with leadership, and help shape a growing organization, we'd love to connect with you.
