Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in shaping recruiting strategies and improving hiring processes at a well-respected Madison area business. This position offers the opportunity to build relationships and directly impact company growth in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting across a variety of roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of tools and strategies
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting records

Required skills
