Towne & Locke is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer - Microsoft to join our client's growing team in New York, NY. This position offers a very competitive salary plus bonus full insurance benefits, 401K, paid time off etc.Responsibilities:Deploy solutions that align with the client s business needs and technical requirementsFollow project methodology and generate best-practices documentation as requiredPartner with clients to understand their business goals and make recommendations forsolutionsAssess existing environments and document deployment plansEvangelize about new or emerging technologiesAssist with proposal generation, bills of materials, scopes of work, presentations, RFPs,etc.Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance, offer insight and assist with careerdevelopmentParticipate in the design process working with other Engineers & ArchitectsQualifications:7+ years of relevant experienceExpert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365 Exchange Onlinerequired (messaging focus)Experience utilizing 3 rd party Office 365 migration tools such as BitTitanExpert knowledge of Windows Server/Active Directory and server virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V)Experience with ADFS/Identity; File and Group MigrationsExperience with Microsoft Azure and Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite (EMS) preferred focusing on Mobility IntuneExperience with Microsoft Skype for Business, SharePoint or System Center preferredExperience with Microsoft SCCM and Windows Deployment/ManagementAbility to execute PowerShell scripts with minor customizations. Strong PowerShell scripting is highly desiredCitrix experience is a plusMicrosoft certifications such as MCSE (or VMware, Citrix equivalents) are highly preferred, and achievement will be required if the candidate does not have themExcellent communications and writing skills requiredExperience with Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Towne & Locke is an equal opportunity employer.
