Overview

Senior Specialist, Trade Operations - 6 Month Contract Responsibilities Execute and oversee bank wire activity, ensuring timely and accurate domestic and international payments. Manage cash movements and funding requirements to support daily trading activity. Process trades from execution through settlement, resolving exceptions as they arise. Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful trade settlement and reconciliation. Manage corporate actions and support derivative and collateral settlement activities. Monitor operational controls and contribute to process improvements and SOC 1 initiatives. Serve as a key operational contact for investment teams and support ongoing operational excellence. Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in trade operations, investment operations, treasury operations, or a similar middle/back office environment. Experience with bank wires, cash management, trade settlements, and reconciliations. Knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, corporate actions, and the trade lifecycle. Familiarity with systems such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, SWIFT, or similar investment platforms is an asset. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
