Overview

As a Senior Specialist in Employee Relations at Ford's BlueOval Battery Park Michigan, you will play a crucial role in launching a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This position offers the opportunity to make significant contributions to the future of the automotive industry while fostering a culture of trust and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide Human Resources support and guidance to the BlueOval Battery Michigan team.
  • Assist in the planning, development, launch, and implementation of business strategy.
  • Support building strategic alignment with partners on the HR Delivery Model.
  • Ensure quality of assigned employee relations programs and processes.
  • Advise on complex HR matters and manage employee concerns from inception to resolution.
  • Utilize data and metrics to identify employee trends and inform process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet goals of the Company and Employee Relations team.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years' experience in HR processes, particularly in employee relations
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
