Overview

The Senior Specialist, Client Success at BNY will design, develop, and deliver training and educational materials aimed at enhancing client experiences and promoting self-sufficiency. This role involves collaborating across teams to create effective educational content tailored to client needs, while supporting successful product and service rollouts.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client training materials aligned with client training strategy.
  • Create client-facing educational content, including learning modules and presentations.
  • Design and deliver blended learning solutions for various delivery formats.
  • Participate in client training events to support onboarding and product adoption.
  • Promote education for digital channels to improve client efficiency.
  • Analyze and summarize client feedback to inform training content improvements.
  • Coordinate across platforms for training on new products or enhancements.

Required skills
