Overview

Auditoria.AI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for Workday Financials based in Philadelphia. This role focuses on enhancing pre-sales activities and supporting product sales through direct and channel methods. You will engage with customers, deliver product demonstrations, and assist in scaling the Solution Consulting discipline of the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Support product sales throughout the evaluation process including discovery and product demonstrations.
  • Identify upselling opportunities with existing customers and assess needs for new product functionality.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and contribute to the company's competitive intelligence framework.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation services by collaborating with Customer Success.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to understand and articulate product roadmaps.
  • Create materials to support market expansion initiatives.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs addressing functional and technical requirements.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and user groups as required.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with a proven track record
  • Hands-on knowledge of the Workday Financials ecosystem
  • Experience selling financial applications including payment systems, vendor management, and ERP solutions
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, NLU/NLP, and GenAI
  • Best-in-class presentation and demonstration skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • B.A./B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
  • Start-up or early-stage experience preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of other financial systems like NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, and Oracle Cloud is preferred
