Overview

Paradigm Oral Surgery is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to enhance and govern the social media presence for the Paradigm masterbrand and its affiliated practices. The role involves developing engaging content, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting the social media operations across multiple locations while driving awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day social media operations for Paradigm Oral Health and affiliated practices.
  • Collaborate with local teams to implement social media strategies aligned with brand standards.
  • Create and adapt engaging social content with local practices and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage editorial calendars and content planning across multiple practice locations.
  • Monitor social media trends and performance, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Support short-form video content initiatives across various social platforms.
  • Coordinate content capture opportunities, including production shoots and patient stories.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual standards across social channels.

Required skills

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and editing skills
  • Experience with Sprout Social or similar management and reporting platforms
  • Strong understanding of platform-native social strategy and short-form video content
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Experience interpreting analytics and applying insights
  • Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working within a multi-location organization or healthcare environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating social media content and campaign execution
