Overview

Paradigm Oral Health is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance social media initiatives across its brand and affiliated practice locations. The role emphasizes content creation, brand consistency, and collaboration with local teams to increase engagement and visibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day social media operations for Paradigm Oral Health and affiliated practice brands.
  • Collaborate with local practice teams to implement social media strategies aligned with brand standards.
  • Create and adapt engaging social content in partnership with local practices and stakeholders.
  • Strategize, create, edit, publish, and schedule content across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage editorial calendars and content planning across multiple locations.
  • Support short-form video creation and video-first content initiatives.
  • Monitor social media trends and track performance, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing partners and support integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, voice, and visual standards.
  • Support social media governance, account management, and best practices.

Required skills

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms for brands
  • Proficiency across major social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and editing skills
  • Experience with Sprout Social or similar management platforms
  • Strong understanding of platform-native social strategy and short-form video content
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in a healthcare environment or complex brand structure
  • Portfolio demonstrating social media content and campaign execution
