Overview

SugarAI is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead the strategic design of enablement across their go-to-market ecosystem, including Sales, Customer Success, and Partners. The role involves shaping enablement strategies that align with marketing goals and drive measurable revenue impact, while also delivering high-impact programs and content for business acceleration.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate marketing strategy and GTM priorities into an actionable enablement roadmap
  • Operationalize marketing messaging into clear sales plays for consistent execution
  • Build global enablement frameworks with adaptability for regional nuances
  • Define partner enablement strategies including onboarding and certification processes
  • Anticipate future skill needs based on market and product developments
  • Establish standards and governance for enablement efforts across GTM functions
  • Design and deliver core assets like playbooks and onboarding materials
  • Track success through revenue and sales efficiency metrics

Required skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement or related GTM roles within B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven experience in building and executing enablement strategies
  • Strong partnership with Marketing to operationalize messaging
  • Experience supporting global teams and multi-segment organizations
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Experience in CRM, ERP, or adjacent enterprise SaaS fields
