Overview

As the Senior Recruiter & People Operations Lead at Wellist, you will play a critical role in building the team to support company growth. This hybrid role, focused 80% on recruiting and 20% on people operations, is suited for a seasoned, full-cycle recruiter who is adept at managing speedy and effective hiring processes while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting from kickoff through offer, negotiation, and close
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role scope and candidate quality
  • Proactively source and build high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Drive hiring processes forward with urgency and ensure quick interview and feedback cycles
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth employee experience
  • Serve as the go-to for day-to-day HR needs and resolve issues quickly
